Artist Submission Policy
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting with 502 Gallery. We appreciate artists taking the time to share their work with us. Before submitting, we kindly ask that you review the artwork on our website or visit the gallery to consider whether your work aligns with our curatorial focus. While our program spans contemporary and experimental practices, the common thread is a high level of artistic rigor and originality.
We review all artist submissions once a year, during the month of June. Materials received at other times will be held until the next review period.
We ask that you do not arrive at the gallery expecting to meet with someone without an appointment. While we genuinely try to respond to each inquiry, our schedule—especially during Sarasota’s high season—can make immediate responses difficult.

If you feel your work may be a strong fit, please email your submission materials to director@502.gallery. Submissions should include:
A link to your website or portfolio
A brief introduction about yourself and your practice
Alternatively, you may send 5–10 JPEG images of your work
Please include artwork titles, dimensions, retail prices, and note whether pieces are framed (and how) or unframed
