Small artworks can have a significant impact.

After an incredible response last year, Shopliftable returns as a juried exhibition of small-scale artworks! Now in its third installment, Shopliftable returns to 502 Gallery as a national juried show, co-juried by celebrated artists and educators Joe Fig and Selina Roman. Pt. 1 and Pt. 2 will feature bold miniature works—each small enough to fit under your coat, yet rich with purpose and precision.

Open to all artists and mediums, selected works will be on view at 502 Gallery, showcasing compelling small-scale pieces that resonate with collectors, curators, and casual art lovers alike.

SHOPLIFTABLE PT.1 & PT.2

502 Gallery invites artists to submit small-scale works for our upcoming exhibitions Shopliftable pt. 1 and Shopliftable pt. 2. Artists may submit up to 5 artworks total, in any medium. Each piece must fit in a box no larger than 10" x 10". Artists may apply to one or both parts of the exhibition.

  • Deadline for Shopliftable pt. 1: August 31, 2025
    (Works for pt. 1 will be reviewed starting September 1, 2025)

  • Deadline for Shopliftable pt. 2: September 15, 2025

If shipping work after acceptance, artists must include a prepaid return label.
